1. Overview
Paradise SE ("the Company") provides funeral and bereavement services. Due to the time-sensitive, personalised, and irreversible nature of funeral arrangements, returns and refunds are only available under the limited circumstances set out in this Policy.
2. Physical Goods — Return Eligibility
Only un-used, un-opened physical goods are eligible for return.
2.1 Eligible items

Standard, non-personalised physical goods (e.g. standard urns, standard memorial items) that have NOT been used or opened.

Return request must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the Company at least 3 business days before the originally scheduled date of use.

Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

An administrative handling fee of up to 15% of the goods’ purchase price, plus return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer.
2.2 Non-eligible items (NO return / NO refund)

Any goods that have been used, opened, or come into contact with human remains.

Customised or personalised products including, but not limited to: engraved or personalised urns; custom-sized or designed coffins; photo frames, memorial boards, or keepsakes printed with photos, names, or memorial text; custom-made paper offerings or decorations.

Perishable items such as fresh flowers, food offerings, or incense.
3. Services — No Refund Policy
All funeral service fees, once rendered or confirmed, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Services include but are not limited to: mortuary collection and documentation, family consultation, ceremony coordination, and any service already commenced or performed.
Third-party items pre-paid on the customer’s behalf (e.g. funeral parlour hire, cremation/burial fees, transportation, religious ceremonies) are subject to the respective third party’s terms. The Company will endeavour to assist with refund enquiries but cannot guarantee any refund from third parties.
4. Governing Law & Consumer Rights
This Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), or any other applicable Hong Kong consumer protection legislation.
